- Working with Transform, another Engine company, Hammerson designed an app capable of pushing real-time offers and vouchers via beacon technology.
- Fuel seamlessly integrated data from app usage with the spatial data from the on-site beacons to provide a 360* view of individual customer behaviour.
- On top of this, Fuel overlaid a campaign management tool capable of optimising the content each customer received across app, email and SMS.
- This ensured each customer was receiving relevant, real-time and personalised messaging.
